Dr. Neil R. Farris received his medical school training at the University of Louisville, served his residency at the University of Kentucky, and is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine. Philosophically grounded in wellness as a way of life-long health, he is dedicated to those interventional technologies which seek to restore health to patients burdened with the vast array of diseases that make up Internal Medicine.
For more than 20 years, Dr. Farris has joined with patient volunteers to assess investigational and marketed therapies for indications such as Type II Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Asthma, Cardiovascular Illness, and Gout. He is trained in the principles of Good Clinical Practice that are specific to maintaining volunteers’ safety in trials designed for the development of futuristic therapies.
