Hypertension:
- Systolic BP between 140 – 170
- Diastolic BP <110
- Taking between 3 and 5 AHT medication, one must be a diuretic

COPD Observational Study  (ALTESA):
- One exacerbation within 12 months
- Using an Albuterol Inhaler
- No diagnosis of asthma

Heart Failure:
- NYHA Class II-IV
- LVEF >40%

COPD  (THARROS):
- Former smoker
- ICS plus LABA or LAMA plus LABA or ICS, LAMA, and LABA
- No diagnosis of asthma
- History of Cardiovascular Event or have co-morbidities
- No oxygen therapy

COPD  (DevPro):
- Former and current smokers
- No history of asthma
- Two or more maintenance medications
- No steroid use within 14 days of the screening visit
- Age 40-75
- No oxygen therapy

Gout:
- Gout flare within 96 hours
- No Colchicine, Steroid, or Indomethacin use within 24 hours-Can have Tylenol
- Total duration of study is 36 days

Type 2 Diabetes:
- Taking oral antihyperglycemic medication(s)
- Taking basal insulin
- Diet and exercise controlled (no medication(s) for diabetes)
- HbA1c ≤ 6.5% - ≤10%
- No history of pancreatitis
- No use with GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Mounjaro, Trulicity, Victoza, Byetta, etc.)
